Most jackets are custom made by hand once the jacket order has been placed. This allows for the freedom of choice for leather type, color and style. It allows us to let you customize every aspect of your jacket to make it uniquely yours. And it also reduces waste. 

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that lets you visually track all of your online orders in one place—no need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Items that have the tag "Prime Delivery" can be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Other items are made to order and following are the manufacturing times.

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together.
